Postintermitent.ro is not just an informational site. It's the result of a personal journey, a health problem that seemed unsolved—and a breakthrough that changed everything.

Before becoming passionate about nutrition and metabolism, I worked for several years as a chef in a professional kitchen. But beyond recipes and platings, I faced a problem that seemed unsolvable: a contact eczemaSevere damage to the hands — a painful and persistent inflammatory reaction.

Time of six years, I tried absolutely everything: creams, treatments prescribed by dermatologists, antihistamines, food eliminations... to no avail. Nothing worked in the long term (neither in Romania nor in the UK). Then, out of curiosity (and honestly, a last hope), I began to experience intermittent fasting.

Shortly thereafter, symptoms have lessened. In a few weeks, problem solved completely— no medication, no extreme restrictions. It was the first clear sign that intermittent fasting is not just a trend, but a metabolic tool with real effects on inflammation, immunity and internal balance.

After that experience, I began to obsessively study everything related to intermittent fasting, functional nutrition, autophagy, Hormonal balanceand metabolic longevity. We went from popular articles to scientific studies, from personal experiments to clinically validated protocols.

This is how the idea of a Structured online space, in Romanian, where:

  • to find clear and accurate information about intermittent fasting
