Is your food boring?
When you are fasting intermittently, meals are rarer, but that's exactly why every meal counts. They don't have to be boring or tasteless — on the contrary!

With the right ingredients and well-chosen artisanal spices, you can enjoy rich flavors and special sensations with every bite.

I chose 4 spices from Spice Laboratory that turns simple chicken, pork, beef or fish into real treats:

🍗 1. Spiced Chicken with Rooster Booster — Baked

For a juicy and aromatic chicken, the seasoning Rooster Booster is the perfect choice. Inspired by culture American BBQ, turns a simple recipe into a complete experience.

Perfect For: BBQ Wings, Grilled Chicken

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 2 pieces of chicken breast (skinless, approx. 150g each)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of spice Rooster Booster
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • Garnish: 100g broccoli + 100g cooked carrot

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Mix olive oil with lemon juice, garlic and Rooster Booster spice.
  3. Grease the chicken breast with this mixture and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. Place the pieces in a tray lined with baking paper.
  5. Cook in the oven for 25—30 minutes.
  6. Serve with broccoli and boiled carrot.

A real steak needs a flavor to match. Bull's Blaze is the ideal seasoning for beef steak — provides a balanced mix of intense flavours, perfect for grill or pan.

Perfect For: Brisket, Steak, Beef Ribs

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 200g beef entricot
  • 1 tablespoon avocado or olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning Bull's Blaze

Instructions:

  1. Tamp the meat with a napkin, grease with oil and sprinkle with Bull's Blaze.
  2. Leave for 10 minutes at room temperature.
  3. Cook in hot skillet 2—3 min on each side for medium rare.
  4. Allow 5 minutes to rest before cutting.

  • 2 lean pork chops (150g each)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon Redneck Dust
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Rub the meat with oil and spices.
  2. Cook slowly at 160°C, in a covered pan, for 60—70 min.

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 150g trout fillet or cod
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • 1 slice of lemon for serving

Instructions:

  1. Season the fish with oil and the Mayday Mayday mix.
  2. Leave for 10 minutes in the cold.
  3. Cook on the grill or grill pan 3-4 minutes on each side.
