🐟 Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 2 fillets of white fish (shallots, trout or cod) — approx. 300—350g
- 1 small broccoli, cut into bunches
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 2 handfuls of arugula leaves or baby spinach
- 1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon hemp or sesame seeds
- Juice from half a lemon
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Pink Himalayan salt and pepper — to taste
- Dried oregano or fresh greens (optional)
🔥 Method of preparation:
- Cook the fishsteam or grill for 4-5 minutes on each side. Season with salt, pepper and a little oregano.
- Scald broccoliin boiling salted water for 3 minutes, then pass it under running cold water to preserve its color and texture.
- Pull the zucchiniin a non-stick frying pan (without oil or with a teaspoon of olive oil) for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned.
