Easy white fish recipe for the food window — alkaline, satiating and full of benefits
This recipe is perfect for the first meal after a longer intermittent fasting, being alkaline, nutritious and extremely satiating.

It combines a lean white fish fillet with vegetables rich in fiber and minerals, maintaining an anti-inflammatory and detoxifying profile.

The recipe is inspired by the principles Alkaline diet presentato da Cernea Narciss (You can find the full book on narciscernea.com), one of the healthiest nutritional approaches to support youth, energy and efficient digestion.

🐟 Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • 2 fillets of white fish (shallots, trout or cod) — approx. 300—350g
  • 1 small broccoli, cut into bunches
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 2 handfuls of arugula leaves or baby spinach
  • 1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon hemp or sesame seeds
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Pink Himalayan salt and pepper — to taste
  • Dried oregano or fresh greens (optional)

🔥 Method of preparation:

  1. Cook the fishsteam or grill for 4-5 minutes on each side. Season with salt, pepper and a little oregano.
  2. Scald broccoliin boiling salted water for 3 minutes, then pass it under running cold water to preserve its color and texture.
  3. Pull the zucchiniin a non-stick frying pan (without oil or with a teaspoon of olive oil) for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned.
  4. Mix in a large bowlIngredients: green leaves, avocado, broccoli, zucchini and seeds. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.
  5. Serve the fish warm, placed over the salad, or next to it. Optionally, you can sprinkle fresh oregano for extra flavor.

Yes, you can use steamed firm tofu, or pleurotus mushrooms for a vegan version. If they don't keep you hungry, chicken breast on the grill.
